Order Processing

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are processed Monday through Sunday. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

Delivery Times

Once processed, orders are typically delivered within 5 to 15 business days, depending on your location and local postal service.

These timeframes are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs clearance, local postal delays or force majeure events. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs authorities.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a direct link to our tracking page, where you can follow your shipment at any time.

Taxes, Duties and Customs

Lost or Undelivered Orders
