Return and Refund Policy

Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return. After this period, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
To start the process, please contact us first at albus.official.us@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted, and returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be processed.
Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Situations where only a partial refund will be granted:
- Books with obvious signs of use.
- CDs, DVDs, software, video games, cassettes or vinyl records that have been opened.
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or product nature reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines).
- Intimate or sanitary items.
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
- Gift cards.
- Downloadable software or digital content.
- Some health and personal care items.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, contact us immediately at albus.official.us@gmail.com so we can assess the issue and make it right.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for returns that do not reach our facilities.
- For items valued over 75€, we also recommend purchasing shipping insurance.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, place a new separate order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.

- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company.
